Your first comprehensive visit. We'll review your full health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals in depth before building your personalized plan.

A longer follow-up visit for current patients with lab results to review. We’ll check in on your progress, go through your results in detail, and connect them to your symptoms and goals. Then we’ll update your care plan together, with next steps tailored to you. Lab fees are paid directly to the lab and are not included in the visit price.

Ongoing care to monitor your progress, adjust your plan, and address what's evolving in your health.

A focused visit to go over your lab results when you’d like a closer look, or when I recommend one. This is for current patients and is booked by invitation. If you also need a check-in on your progress and an update to your plan, a Follow-Up with Lab Review is the better fit.

Initial 75-minute evaluation
1 follow-up visit with lab review — 60 min
1 follow-up visit — 45min

A comprehensive functional medicine check-in, not active treatment. Includes a review of your health history and a focused wellness assessment, followed by a Lab Review once results are back. Best for patients who want a thorough baseline without committing to ongoing care yet. This visit does not replace your primary care provider or your routine annual physical.

For patients continuing their yearly or biyearly check-in. Labs are ordered ahead of your visit so we can review your history, any updates, and your full results together in one appointment. This visit does not replace your primary care provider or your routine annual physical.

Quick support for colds, sinus infections, and other common acute concerns for patients already established in our care.
