At NewWave Vital Health, I offer a range of clinical and wellness services designed to meet you where you are and help you get where you want to be.
Transparent, Personalized Care
NewWave Vital Health is a cash-based practice. I do not bill insurance directly, which allows me to spend more time with you, order the testing you actually need, and build a plan without insurance limitations.
Superbills are available upon request, and HSA funds may be used for eligible services.

Comprehensive Functional Medicine Evaluation
An in-depth initial visit where we review your full health history, symptoms, lifestyle, nutrition, and goals. We take the time to truly understand your whole picture before developing your personalized plan.
Prescription Management
As a licensed Nurse Practitioner, I can prescribe and manage medications as part of your comprehensive care plan.
Advanced Functional Lab Testing
We go beyond standard lab panels to uncover what conventional testing often misses — including gut health, hormone levels, nutrient status, inflammatory markers, and more. All ordering, interpretation, and follow-up is handled by your provider.
Follow-Up and Ongoing Care
Healing takes time. We offer regular follow-up visits to monitor your progress, adjust your plan, and support you every step of the way.
Personalized Treatment Plans
Your plan may include targeted nutrition recommendations, lifestyle interventions, supplements, and when appropriate, prescription medications — all tailored specifically to your biology and goals.

Available to patients in Maryland. Same comprehensive care, from the comfort of your home.

Supplement Dispensing
Professional-grade supplements are available through our Fullscript dispensary — ordered online and delivered to your door. A limited selection of core supplements is also available for purchase in office. All recommendations are tailored to your individual health goals.
